I’m back!

No, haven’t been anywhere else since Indonesia, sorry haven’t been posting. Been up to a few things:

  1. Lemon and herb salt; very useful for seasoning fish. I like mine over eggs and toast.  Just get some salt, a bit of lemon juice (not enough to dissolve it of course), zest and dried herbs. You could always use a processor and whiz it about. Then leave it out to dry and for the flavours to intensify.
  2. Lemon pudding, as well as corn custard. Made this on new year’s eve since I didn’t head for the countdown, but to a dear’s place instead for a couple of movies.
